Before your event, Tony walks you through every course. You approve everything. Nothing arrives on the day that you haven't already experienced.
Tony On-Site, Day Of
Not a crew lead. Not a coordinator. Tony. He leads every private engagement personally, from first setup to final service.
Tony accepts 4–6 private chef engagements per month.
Dates are released on the first of each quarter.
