Tony accepts 4–6 private chef engagements per month. Dates are released on the first of each quarter.
Tony designed a twelve-course tasting menu for our anniversary dinner: eighteen guests at a vineyard. He built it around the season, the wine and two guests’ dietary needs, and presented it simply as the menu. Extraordinary for any restaurant, not just catering.
